HV Ken Posted January 29, 2014 Report Share Posted January 29, 2014 Overall, I like the improvements for editing the client letter. I am a little confused however. I am not sure where to find the text to modify for e-file vs. paper file, etc. Plus, even though I have include the Where's My Refund text, it does not show up. ljwalters Posted January 29, 2014 Report Share Posted January 29, 2014 open the letter in the return, at the top choose letter options, section 3 other information, choose the one you want. You must do this on both the fed and state letters even if your are combining. Then if further editing is desired you can edit the e-file lines. Hope this helped.
