DEO
I rolled over a return and when opening it, I received a message "Unexpected error, the program has encountered an unexpected error and needs to close" I close the program and restarted and the same thing happened. I deleted the return and then roll over again, same thing happened. I then rolled over another client, but this time the return opened. Has any one experience this and how do I correct it. Thanks for your help. Deo

Thanks for your help. Deo In ATX2012, make a copy of the return and save it. Open both returns in 2012 and make a minor change on each one and then re-save them. Close 2012 and open ATX2013 and roll over both returns and you might get one working.
Jack from Ohio
Look at the return in 2012. Remove any added notes in any field. Then save, Then rollover again. This problem is supposed to be addressed in the upcoming program update on Thursday, Feb. 6.
