UNEXPECTED ERROR

DEO

Recommended Posts

I rolled over a return and when opening it, I received a message "Unexpected error, the program has encountered an unexpected error and needs to close"

I close the program and restarted and the same thing happened. I deleted the return and then roll over again, same thing happened.

I then rolled over another client, but this time the return opened.

Has any one experience this and how do I correct it.

Thanks for your help.

In ATX2012, make a copy of the return and save it. Open both returns in 2012 and make a minor change on each one and then re-save them. Close 2012 and open ATX2013 and roll over both returns and you might get one working.
