With all the eating and cooking, I just want to share a recipe that has changed my life: Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard.* Then you make yourself a bologna (or ham) sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna (or ham) on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna (or ham).** Put another piece of bread on the bologna (ok I'll stop). Serve with milk. Then clean up. *Substitution: Mayonnaise **Variation: Spread the mustard (or mayonnaise) on the bread.
