I went to put it on his schedule A however the spot used in the past is still marked reserved. Is it just my form is or is everyone else's marked reserved. I did confirm that it was extended for 2014 but it doesn't look like the form has been updated and the official start is next week. Any thoughts! Had a horrible case of double closed angle glaucoma that nearly blinded me. I'm able to see, but I have to double check almost everything and I guessed I missed the info on the MyAtx site.
