Pacun Posted January 24, 2015 Report Share Posted January 24, 2015 I went on line and I saw that the IRS has form 1040NR available to the public. My ATX states that form 1040NR has not been approved and when I print it I get the "draft" message printed. I looked on line and I didn't find anything stating that 1040NR is delayed by the IRS. If someone is using other software package, can you check to see if form 1040NR is available and ready to be shipped? Is the delay on the IRS part or is it ATX's? Thanks. kcjenkins Posted January 25, 2015 Report Share Posted January 25, 2015 The IRS form is a fillable pdf, but doesn't calculate anything, while the program forms have to be prepared for not just how they look but how they work.
