I want to eliminate the "draft" watermark for my draft 1040 NR return for the year 2014. ATX 2014 program Anyone has any idea when the form can become 'official'? Thanks! Nothing more to do. 2nd option would be to call your Representative in Congress and complain. Both options will result in the final approved version being released on the same day.
