mircpa Posted June 20, 2015 Report Share Posted June 20, 2015 You need to fill W7 to get ITIN for shareholder/officer. Check option h under W7 and write Exception1.Third party withholding on passive income-Interest income & Foreign person's US Source Income. You also need to get letter from bank indicating Tax ID is required for a corporation to open bank account. Passport copy of shareholder/officer needs to be apostilled.
