If i deselect anything, it still says efiling, and then I try to eliminate the EF forms, and get errors. we always have to resort to hand typing letters when the forms have to be mailed. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Abby Normal Posted June 23, 2015 Report Share Posted June 23, 2015 (edited) They're supposed to fix this in 2015 by adding a check box on letter options for paper filing. It will automatically have the address which you can override if you wish.Edit: In the mean time, you have to change the preference under client communications to "Calculate based on efile status".
