Accessing ATX 2011

I switched to Drake for 2013 and 2014.  I had used ATX prior.   I can open and use ATX 2012.  I cannot open ATX 2011.  Can anyone help?  I'm not very computer literate.

It might be helpful to know what is happening or what you are seeing when trying to launch the program.

It starts to go through the normal opening procedure.  Right after the "optimizing database" when the program would normally open my computer flashes back to the desktop.

This computer was 1 of 3 that was "net -worked" and it was not the "server".
