What do I do with the 1095-C 8962 puts them at 314% of poverty level. this is due to nontaxable social security (MAGI) is 8b of the 8962 the monthly contribution amount for both. or just wife. where do I put husbands info. ljwalters Posted February 18, 2016 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2016 Okay, Thanks. it is not the ACA I am totally against it is the fact that it was put on us the preparers to reconcile every thing. And the reconciliation was not thought out very well. No income for 9 months. paying even the amount market place says you have to pay is unreasonable ( have insurance and live in your car don't eat) or no insurance eat and sleep in a bed. No you finally get a job and your are penalized for those 9 months you were below the poverty line. where is the fairness in that. and why is my post double spacing half the time? Just venting.
