JRS
Convert the organizer to a PDF file then attach it you your client's email.
Jack from Ohio
Use pdfactory instead of the PDF in the ATX program. The file will be one third the size. Very important if any of your clients use dial-up.
JRS
Sorry, I forgot the ATX version is miserable. I used it once and I thought I was back on dialup. I use PDF995, which works almost identical to pdffactory.
Jeanne
Thanks a ton for the information. I was having a blonde moment. Jeanne
lydia33
:read: I take offense to that. It is great to have blonde moments 24-7. Oh yea and what were we originally talking about. My husband had a great foreman one time that told him to walk fast, have a piece of paper in your hand, and look worried and NO ONE WILL BOTHER YOU. I love that little smiley. MAMalody
I use .pdfFactory to make an initial file and then convert it to a Word doc that can be filled in on their computer. In this way I not only password protect it but they can e-mail it back as an attachment. Less paper for them and for me. Mike
