BulldogTom
How do you enter an employee who earned wages in 3 states into the W2 program in ATX. I can see the second state on the input screen but I don't know how to get it to add a 3rd state. Thanks in advance for your help. Margaret CPA in OH
I haven't had one in a while but I think you can go to W-2 Detail Schedule and Add Record. Input all the same information as the original but add only the third state wages. I have a rollover client that still has a third that rolls over but hasn't had data for some time. The third row is blank but still keeps showing up. Have you tried the KB?
Lee B
I used ATX Payroll Reporting for almost 20 years before I left about 4 years ago. The workaround would be to chop up your W 2 into 3 W 2s
Pacun
Use the first two rows of cells that you see, and a third one will be opened automatically. If you need 10, the 10th row will be opened when you utilize row number 9.
