Ric T Posted February 22, 2022 Report Share Posted February 22, 2022 Hello Everyone, I have to unfortunately correct a 1099 via the ATX e-filing and I have the file ready to transmit and everything but the 1096 includes all non-corrected forms with the 1 corrected 1099 I need to issue. My question is does anyone know if ATX will just transmit the 1 corrected form or will they transmit all of them again along with the new 1096 that has all the 1099's for 2021 with the updated 1099 as well? Step 7 seems to be your answer: https://support.cch.com/kb/solution/000071197/000071197 Please note that I can't confirm this personally as I no longer use ATX but maybe someone else will confirm that this is the correct process.
