BulldogTom
Taxpayer is in CA winter storm disaster county. She has a K-1 from NJ (that we normally get on about April 10) have to file a NR return for every year. Does the disaster declaration cover NJ return or do I need to file an extension for NJ? Thanks Tom Longview, TX
Lion EA
I think (going through the same for a CA resident with a CO K-1) that the disaster extension covers the IRS and CA, and that you need to file a NJ extension. I think.
