TAXBILLY Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 A client just called me and said he got a letter from IBM purporting to do a survey of tax compliance for the IRS. In the envelope was a dollar bill and a promise to pay $25 if the client calls the special number. Sounds like a scam to me.
