Verifyle - I created a new contact but Verifyle changed the name of the contact

I am creating a new contact, but Verifyle is changing the name of the contact to something other than what I am entering.

I checked to see if the email address was a duplicate, but it isn't.  The name it changes to is the name of a contact (different email address) but now the contact is in lower case and it's not the one I want there.

Example:  I create a contact Joe Smith, email [email protected].  I have a contact Susan James, email [email protected].  As soon as I create the Joe Smith contact it shows as susan james email:  [email protected]

Any way that I can change the name or figure out why this is happening?
