Voice says," I can help you, goodbye. did same with ACS business line, and got the same message. Does anyone know what is going on? Quote

Sara EA Posted January 8 Report Posted January 8 Our local TV news is out of DC, and last night the rolling list of cancellations showed that federal government offices would be closed today. Remote work was in place for those who do it. The snow didn't stop until very late in the PM so I guess they still had to clear roads and walks. Try again tomorrow. Remember that Thursday Jan 9 is a National Day of Mourning in honor of President Carter so federal offices will again be closed and no mail. 2 Quote
Max W Posted January 8 Author Report Posted January 8 I finally got through. I called PPL and they transferred me to ACS collections, who then connected me to Special Circumstances Dept. It only took a few minutes. Quote
