Big IP Service - What is this?

Item in quickbooks is labelled 'Big IP Service' purchased from vendor FS Networks. Is this computer hardware (depreciate) or outside services? I know what an IP address is (sort of), but that's about it.

Have to ask the client, could be several things, hardware or capital lease, or software, or even a service contract.

Not being too computer or network savy, I remembered running across this website a while back. It looks like both hardware and software applications.

IP is Internet Provider. My IP is Optimum Online who bills me for internet service monthly along with telephone.

It's F5, not FS, and it is mostly hardware. Here is the link to the Big IP hardware data, My linkand if you then look at the top of the page, you will see that F5 sells and installs this hardware and software.
