ILLMAS
Just wondering if anyone else is having problems using EFPTS to make payroll payments? I have been using this system since it came out, and today is the first time I have ever made a payment via phone.
GeneInAlabama
I haven't been able to get through either. At first I thought it was the bad weather (I have satellite internet because that is all I can get in this rural area), but I can get through to other web sites so it must be on their end. I hope they get it fixed soon as it would be a nightmare for me to have to do it by phone. I am a little hard of hearing and I hate making calls where you have to choose from a menue with a passion. TaxmannEA
Gee. This is the first month that all deposits have to be made electronically. Think that they're overloaded by excess volume?
GeneInAlabama
I tried again a few minutes ago and I finally got through but it was EXTREMELY slow. I didn't even try to finish the transaction.
NECPA in NEBRASKA
I finally got through today. I gave up yesterday. It was ridiculously slow. It took me almost 10 minutes just to get finished. My bank is less than 2 minutes away. I hope that they get this straightened out for next month.
