Tax Prep by Deb Posted February 28, 2011 Report Share Posted February 28, 2011 I just received this e-mail: CCH SFS: CCare closed temporarily due to tornado warning 2/28/2011 CCH SFS Customer Care is temporarily closed 5pm to 6pm Monday Feb 28. The tornado sirens went off and we are under a severe warning. We had to put customers on hold and move to safety. Tornado warning and sirens generally mean drop what you are doing and run for your life! Sad thing about it is that CCH wouldn't skip a heartbeat if this very loyal (but very...let's just say...very "not too bright") employee was killed by flying debris while trying to take care of CCH customers.
