Self Employed Health Insurance and two SE forms

I have a client that has two schedule C business so therefore two schedule SE. The program will not let me efile because I associated his health insurance deduction with one schedule C business. Should I divide the health insurance amount between the two schedule SE or just have him mail in the return?

Only need one se for 2 C if same person

How do I manipulate ATX to only do one SE for both Sch C?

That's the default setting. Make sure none of the Sch Cs are checked as "Spouse" on the data sheet. Please discard both SE schedules you have, save the return and close it. Open it again and double check if you are paying SE.
