    HELP!

LOL Thanks Margaret! I don't think KC regards herself as a "Supreme Master" though. Kerry

    HELP!

Sorry, KC. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. The last time I played favorites with you I made people mad I will scan my info and email it to you tonight. No freebies. I insist on paying or at least sending you a box of delicious Maine-made chocolates. Thanks! Kerry

    HELP!

Hello Everyone, I tried to do my own tax return this year on the IRS website, but none of the free programs I could find include the forms that I need (namely the 1099T, and interest income, etc...) Without access to ATX software I am a little (okay, a lot) lost. In the past many of you have offered to prepare my tax return. Would one of you mind preparing a 1040 with a ME 1040 Long form? I could mail you all of my documents, and of course I would pay any fees. Please PM me if you would be willing to help me out. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my return. Thanks in advance! Kerry
  4. Hello Everybody, I don't check in here as much as I used to. I am on a new contract and make roughly 200 calls a day. My oldest daughter (Cora, 7) is entering the Little Miss Caribou pageant so I am pretty excited. She will be doing a dance number to the song "Friend Like Me" from Disney's Aladdin. Everything is pretty good for me right now. Busy, but good. How is everyone else? I see JB must be pretty depressed as his Mamma told him he was as useless as a 3-legged donkey. Kerry P.S. - Lion, I am so sorry to have missed the post where you needed help. If I had seen it I would have driven to work and physically gotten you some help.
  5. I am only 31, but I think I can add some insight to this discussion (albeit from a young feller). When I was younger, toys were much different. Tonka trucks were made out of this strange material called "metal". I used to sit in the back of my Tonka dump truck and ride it all the way down the hill. It never broke. Lunchboxes were also made out of metal and they all came with a thermos. In Cracker Jack boxes, you got cool toys like rings, balls, little rubber aliens, and miniature joke books. Now you get a paper car that you fold and blow across the table. We used to ride in the back of my Dad's pickup to the lake. Glass bottles of Coke were 3/$1. Candy cigarettes were called just that, if you can even find them now they are called "Candy Stix". Our TV (yes, I have never known a world without TVs) was a wooden behemoth that sat on the floor. We used to rent movies in the form of a large plastic cartridge that looked like a huge flat cassette the size of a record album. We had to rent the machine as well. When we could afford a VCR it loaded from the top, and the remote had a wire. Those are just a few of my reflections as I watch my little girls and the world they are growing up in. It's not necessarily better or worse, just worlds apart from mine. Kerry
  6. It's a nice shirt, Kyle. By the way, do they make it in a men's size? Kerry
  7. I would like to say that Kyle is wearing a pink shirt today. He has already been thoroughly teased by our boss. Kerry
  8. That's okay, Tom. I knew it would add some fun at a stressful time of year There is another picture floating around somewhere that I want to post as well. Kerry
  9. Caribou, ME - Aroostook County 1. Largest county east of the Mississippi (Aroostook is 3 times the size of Rhode Island with 1/3 the population) 2. Caribou has twice been the "Coldest City in the Country" on the weather channel. 3. Home of Kerry Crandall and Kyle Thibodeau. 4. Maine State Senator Susan Collins is from Caribou. Kerry
  10. Thank you, Lion. I have been blessed (cursed?) with 2 beautiful daughters. Some day soon I will get off my butt and post some pictures of them. I don't use my Princess Picture because I don't want people who are new to this board to think I am some kind of weirdo. Kyle is the weirdo here I wore that outfit that day to make everyone here laugh. It worked Kerry
  11. hmmmmm....... If I recall, I owe you a favor for the nice picture you posted of me, Kyle Kerry
  12. She really does. This ain't her first rodeo!
  13. Only real men can wear a pink princess t-shirt with a tiara and ear-rings. Kyle, you are a dead man Kerry
  14. This is AWESOME!!! Just like the old days on the other forum! Woo-Hoo! Go Guy and Kyle! Kerry
  15. Thanks, KC, I'm glad I am still your Buddy I still view many of you as friends. I can say that the crew here is the most talented group of super computer geeks I have ever worked with. Most of them have A+, and some have NETPLUS and MCSE. They're some really smart folks. By the way, I was not in the BBQ photo, I started a year later. Kerry P.S.- Kyle is so eager to poke me because I am cooler and better looking than him :P
  16. We are not hiring right now, Eric. He can post his resume at http://www.vmsus90.com/careers.htm for when we do. If he has the brains you do he will be an asset Kerry
  17. Thanks, Guys. I will post pics of the girls as soon as I can. Kerry
  18. Hello Everyone, Long time, no type! The Motorsports job was very fun, but the long hours were taking too much time away from my girls. I am at Virtual Managed Solutions now; that's the place where the "cream of the crop" ATXers wound up. It is great to be back working with this talented group of people. I will basically be selling their IT skills in the form of support packages so it will be easy. I worked with these folks for years and know what they are capable of. I hope all of you are doing well. I check in occasionally on you crazy bean counters because awww shucks you guys grew on me:) Good luck on the upcoming tax season! Kerry
  19. I know, JB, and words cannot express my appreciation. All of you folks have been a tremendous assett for me and my family. I just spoke with my friend (also a former ATXer) who now works at the local credit union. He is going to look into my options and set me up with the best way to utilize this money. Of course I will confer with you folks before I make any moves. Thanks again, Kerry
  20. You guys and gals are the best. I greatly appreciate this. I will get more information and get back to you BEFORE I touch the money, not after. Thanks again! Kerry
  21. Hello Everyone, I hope all of you are well, I am enjoying my new ATV sales job very much. I have a tan and have lost 15 lbs; The girls are doing great. I keep getting these statements from Wolters Kluwer (CCH) regarding a profit sharing account, and thought I would confer with the smartest group of folks that I know:) The balance is considerable for a young guy trying to make his way in this crappy economy, and I would very much like to cash in on this as much as I can. I don't even know if I can do anything with it, and have absolutely no clue what the statements mean. Can any of you help? I would be willing to give a cut of anything I may be able to get. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Kerry
  22. A mud room is what we country folks call a foyer or an entryway. It's where you kick off your muddy boots instead of tromping through the kitchen with them and getting yelled at by your wife. Anybody need a new 4-wheeler or motorcycle? Kerry
  23. Hello Everyone, Most of you know me, and hopefully some of you remember me I worked at ATX for 5 years and answered all of the [email protected] emails for the last 3 years. I have a new job, as of 3 weeks ago, at an ATV/Motorcycle dealership in Presque Isle, a city right next to Caribou. I LOVE the job and it is very fun. I am selling things people want now instead of things people need so you can imagine the difference in atmosphere (no offense). I am very lucky to have landed a good job in this area. It was given to me by a part owner of the dealership; I worked with him at ATX. I want to thank all of you for the help you have given me with tax questions over the years, and to others who allowed me to use them as references (you know who you are). I owe special thanks to KC, Tom, Eli and Wayne. You guys are the best! Any-whoo, I check this board regularly as I can't seem to get away from the ATX part of my life. I wish you all well. Check your in-boxes and trash folders, there just may be an email from me in there somewhere. All My Best, Kerry P.S. - My girls are doing great - you can see my MySpace page here: http://home.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user I think that link will work...I miss my computer geek buddies at ATX :(
  24. Kennebunkport is very nice and higher-class than Old Orchard. You will get very good food and service there. George H. W. Bush has a Summer home there (that's the town where Junior got his OUI). It is a beautiful town and a popular attraction - very classy. The girls are so great that it breaks my heart. Cora LOVES her baby sister and there is no jealousy at all. Gwen is trying very hard to talk and says "Hi" and "Dada".
