I don't know why they were not automatically rolled over with the rollover manager. Have to fill in complete info. ATX has a 30-40 wait- can anyone offer some suggestions? elfling Posted February 12, 2012 Report Share Posted February 12, 2012 We ticked the box to have the payers rollover, even followed-up with manually doing so. Still we do not have a full rollover. Several payers that are used often in our region are missing. Even after reentering some do not seem to be fully sticking. Ex: TP22 works for ABC company and we enter it.
