Janitor Bob Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 It has been several days since I received Federal ACKs and associated Ohio e-files are still in status of "IRS Cleared" Has anyone else received any Ohio ACKs....I sent an e-mail to Karen Fisk, but received an Out of Office reply stating that she would not return until 01/28....Thanks...very helpful! JB, I e-filed a set of returns on the 13th....the client should be receiving his money any day now. He had a Federal, Ohio, and School District refund. I will let you know if he receives all 3. I spoke to somone at Ohio today (Karen Fisk's assistant, I assume as Karen is out until 01/28)...E-files "have been posted" by Ohio....I assume this means accepted, but if so, Why not updated in ATX? The ones I've done have all gotten notification that the refund is in their accounts. That's the best I can do. Karen Fisk's office has also told me that one was accepted. AnnieR Ohio verified they were Accepted. then finally today, I received an e-mail from CCH (the e-mail address was @taxwise.com NOT @atx.com) telling me to do that synchronize thing...been there, done that.....If that did not work, he stated, "Please call Tech Support"....OK...any guesses on how long I will be on hold?
