ILLMAS
Does anyone know where is the return manager database folder located? I need to make sure the permission are set correctly, for some reason the 10 clients I have rolled over don't appear on the new PC, I can see all clients under roll over. Eric
I don't have the software, but based on TaxMan60601's Windows XP path, I would guess C:UsersAll UsersApplication DataCCH Small Firm ServicesATX2012 I think All Users and Application Data are hidden, so in Windows Explorer you'll have to go to Organize > Folder and search options > View > Show hidden files folders and drives
