Does anyone have any experience with or have you had any luck with filing the couple as married filing joint with the innocent spouse form and the taxpayer still receiving their full refund? GeneInAlabama Posted February 13, 2013 Report Share Posted February 13, 2013 I have one where I file the injured spouse on every year and he always gets his full refund, but all the refund is due to tax he has paid in.
