The process includes providing an email address that is associated with the user name, so long as that is not the same as yours it should work. If you want to have them appear to be associated with your firm, they could indicate that in the signature line that appears in posts they make. I'm curious, does the official ATX forum have some sort of limitation on firms' employees that can log in and use that?
