From Return Manager:

  • Click on "Returns"
  • Then click on "Backup Returns"
  • There should be a big green checkmark at the top saying your data is being backed up automatically every time a return is closed.
  • If you do not have the big green checkmark, click on "Adjust automatic backup settings" and turn on automatic backup
  • There is a button there "Copy backups to local storage" that will create a backup file on a flash drive or a remote storage drive.  It will create the same backup the program is doing, in the location you tell it to, but only once.
  • If you wish to make a new backup in the original destination, click on the box beside "name" and all returns will be marked
  • Then click on "backup"
