I can count 8-10 times already and once it lost all the work in the return. A few times I get the box I can X out of and keep working but most times it is the program is not responding error that crashes the entire program. Cathy Posted February 11, 2015 Report Share Posted February 11, 2015 I know misery loves company, but no company here as I haven't crashed at all. You might want to talk to support about the issue, however, if they can't find a technical reason for the crashes possibly you might need to upgrade your computer. I remember the year before I upgraded my computer was horrible with all kinds of things (including crashes) occurring daily. Good luck as I know you have GOT to be frustrated! Too many to try to go over here. As much as I hate to say it, you need to call tech support. Make sure you only have one anti-virus program. You may have malware causing issues as well.
