I have been trying for several days to log on and the site will not open. I am wondering if the site is down or is it something wrong with my computer. MA take sales tax filing online so I am struggling to get past this issue. If any of the MA people in this board had this problem, I would like to know how you resolved it. thanks for your help. Catherine Posted December 2, 2016 Report Share Posted December 2, 2016 They have been doing the upgrade all week - with limited phone support and VERY limited online access. The rep I talked to about a client issue said "Monday - I hope" so the official line is Monday but personally I will be surprised if they are really back in full swing that quickly.
