I get this message: Server error: Error: Transmission cannot continue because of the server response. Please try again and if this error persists, contact Technical Support. Error: A fatal error prevents further communications with the server at this time. I have sent several emails to ATX and have now been on hold for 25 minutes with tech support. She told me to try sending it later. I hope things work by lunch time. I don't want to wait until the end of the day and still have problems. lydia33 Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 Stayed on hold for 20 minutes and they told me it was on their end and try again later. If I was still having the problem tomorrow call back then. (and wait another 20 min.) I did complain that the hold time for this time of the year was uncalled for. She said she was sorry. I told her that several of their clients including me were looking at other software for next year. Don't think it did any good though. If you keep trying, you should have success in efiling or downloading acknowledgements. Error: The transmission can't continue due to a server error. Error: Received response 12031: Unknown from the server instead of an XML document. I think this is an ONGOING problem...I got it at midnight Sunday, hardly a high volume peak...I have found that if you just keep trying they eventually go thru....
