Max W Posted March 2, 2018 Report Share Posted March 2, 2018 An estate trust ended 7-31-17 and was to be succeeded by an LLC (this will be another thread). The preparer failed to check Final Return for the 1041 and also the K-1's. Can the return be amended by simply checking the Final box, or is there some other way?
