Posted February 4, 2009 Report Share Posted February 4, 2009 I am glad to see the slow update is a problem on ATX end and not mine, however I still have not received acks for Ill since 01/28/09. I saw on Monday that there was an explanation for this but I understood that it should be resolved by now. I just wonder if something is wrong or if IL and ATX are still working out their problems. MY OWN RETURN STILL SAYS TRANSMITTED TO AGENCY AFTER A WEEK. IT MAY BE NOTHING BUT IT MAKES ME FEEL UNSETTLED TO NOT KNOW FOR SURE THAT ALL IS WELL.
