Yes, but if the route is long enough, the mileage will just about wipe out the income. The ones around here are given a 1099 as an Independent contractor. kcjenkins Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 And remember that newpaper delivery is one of the oddball ocupations that are statutory nonemployees, so their income should be in the 'direct seller' box, rather than in box 7.
