joanmcq Posted May 4, 2009 Report Share Posted May 4, 2009 I'd like to invite anyone and everyone in need of CPE or just a good conference to the CA Society of Tax Consultants Summer Symposium in Las Vegas May 31-June 3. I believe we are holding the discounted early price-you'll have to contact them to find out. Anyways, its a good conference, the hotel is inexpensive and yours truly will be there. And since there is a ton of federal CPE you don't have to be a californian to attend (or even to be a member for that matter), or if you do CA returns you can get some idea of the wierd things we do over here. One of the few places left in California untouched by the "big box' syndrome. We've thought about living there for years, but it just never seems to work out.
