George Macy Posted November 9, 2010 Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 I have a new computer this year, it is an Acer with windows 7 64bot and 600 gig hard dirve, only paid $442.00 from Tiger Direct. This is my second Acer and I have had ver good luck with them. Acer is now the 2nd largest computer mfg. in the world. I have a gateway laptop which is part of Acer Corp of America. I have loaded ATX programs form 2002 thru 2008 and all run fine. You have to make sure you run them in Windows Xp compatible mode. Good luck with the new computer whatever it may be.
