grandmabee Posted March 4, 2011 Report Share Posted March 4, 2011 YOU do have to let the IRS know you are filing business returns. but if you efile 1120 already you should be set. nothing new to do with ATX I just open up the 1099 and 1096 and efile those separate from any 1120 of the company Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
