LisaAnn
I updated my program around 11:30 ET and now I'm getting zip code errors on W-2's and 1099R's when creating e-files...?? It's saying the zip codes are incorrect but I checked all of them and they are correct. Is anyone else having this problem?
Jack from Ohio
Dlete the information in the zip code field. Then use the restore button for that field. Then re-enter the zip code. This has been working for me.

HV Ken
Thanks Jack, I'll try that! Nice that it works, but what did they break and why do we have to do it? There seems to be too many destructive changes this year.
kcjenkins
Blame it on the complexity of the tax code, writing program code for this extremely complex and convoluted tax code has to be a real PITA. Did you report the problem, so that they can fix it for us quickly? If not, go to the suggestion box and do that now. Only takes a minute, and they have been great this year about fixing anything we tell them about. It's good to have a work-around, but getting it fixed is even better.
