I was sending them with the 'hi it's tax season again' and I got some back. This year I have it on my website and sent a 'new doc available' email (at least to everyone I had an email for), and for every new client, I had them sign into the website and get it. No resistance from the new ones at all. Many of my new clients have been coming from other firms, not TurboTax. In fact quite a few asked for an organizer to fill out, and I actually got them back filled out! Harder to get from the ones I've been doing for years. They forget to bring it, I forget to slap one down at the meeting, etc.

No body here does business on a hand shake any longer?
