  1. While there is a conversion option, I'd consider one thing, since the number is small. If you have the new employee manually enter the new clients into the 2013 program, they will get a great training in ATX, you will be on top of any problems encountered during that process, and then the new clients can be rolled over with no 'conversion problems' into the 2014 program.

  2. My daughter also tells me that this was a "Jack & Jill" competition where the dancers are randomly assigned to each other by names drawn from a hat. On top of that, they also have NO idea of what music will play. So that was completely, entirely, 100% IMPROVISED on the spot. Even MORE impressive...

  3. For a person not eligible for a SSN, an ITIN must be obtained. The first step is form W-7. (there is also a Spanish version). This needs to be filled out and necessary documentation supplied (usually a passport, or in the case of illegals, a Certified Birth Certificate). To avoid using the original docs, they can be approved by an Acceptance Agent (there is a huge list on the IRS website.) After that it can be sent in with the tax return - Soc.
