  1. Thank you Margaret! And rest assured, I will more than likely be seeking help once in awhile here I already feel like I know a good starting amount, from all that I've learned from the customers over 6 years of working with ATX. It was surely fun for me Kerry can attest to that He got stuck sitting near me, a couple years in a row :P
  2. Heya Kerry!! He is wonderful! Been walking a couple months now and babbling incessantly. How are those beautiful girls of yours? I am doing well, headed back to college this fall for ... get this ... Accounting. See what ATX did to me? Here's a picture of my ham:
  3. Just wanted to pop in and say I hope everyone's tax season is going well! I have certainly felt vacant not answering customer support calls from you all this tax season. I've been busy running around chasing my now 14 month old. (Good lord it's been that long already!) Good to see this board still very active And to any former ATXers, or VMSUSers, I miss ya'll! Danielle Former ATX Rep
  4. Oh my goodness doesn't it though! Dogs are wonderful things for therapy. My parents have a standard poodle that she just gets so excited when I come home she can turn a horrible day into a great one.
  5. I bet that still happens to you, regardless of having a mud room. ;)
  6. He's doing great! Thanks for asking. In fact, here's a picture of him from a few weeks back. Hard to believe he'll be 5 months old soon. He's a talker, much like his mother. I am inclined to think I'm gonna regret encouraging him to talk here in about a year
  7. Sorry to hear you had problems Karen Hope everything gets resolved. Sounds like the website itself is having issues. Wish I still had the ability to help >.<
  8. Funny, I said the same thing to him the first two years I knew him He's truly stubborn about e-filing.
  9. I'm a pretty big fan of the hot pink JumpTo bunny from Yesteryear Man he had troubles.
  10. Thanks everyone! Just got back from the hospital this morning. Cody and I are both healthy and happy!
  11. If I remember correctly, for 2005, the only way to do that (without sending the actual Database file in) is to do a complete backup of all your returns, totally uninstall the program, and then reinstall. Nicole, am I remembering that correctly? 2005 feels like so long ago...
  12. He was supposed to show up this past Sunday the 6th. But to no avail, I still have him ;)
  13. That's awesome Kids are too cute!
  14. You are a bonehead, but I'm allowed to say that Miss ya trouble! And no, the baby has not been born yet.
  15. Close any return you have open. In the return manager, click the Forms menu, then click "Customize Master Form". In the find box, type "Billing" and you'll be able to make changes to the master billing schedule. Remember to save the form before closing Then, any time you add your billing schedule to a return, you'll see the changes you made. Hope that helps, Tom!
