Marie
Last night, a simple return took almost a 1/2 hour to print. This morning printing is better, but opening is as slow as printing was last night. And you can't work on other things while printing or opening. I feel I'm wasting a lot of time. Any suggestions for getting things to work faster?

Marie
2 years. That night it took for ever, the next morning printing, at least, was faster. Why the difference?
Lee B
There was a post on the ATX board last night by LITaxAdmin that if you were using a PCL6 driver for your printer, download a PCL5e driver and your print speed will improve by about 50 %. Worth a try.
joanmcq
Also, shutting down the program clears out crap that's in your memory.
ETax847
Today, opening returns and printing are so slow. Everyday it is something different with this software.
PUREMUNY
My office converted from Taxworks to ATX and so far I am extremely disappointed with this software. It is extremely slow and now I am having to review double the time because I have zero trust that it is calculating everything correctly. I hope they fix this soon.
