Here is the latest Reject code description: "The XML data has failed schema validation. cvc.complex-type.2.4.d. Invalid content was found starting with element 'Explanation'. No child element is expected at this point." "/efile:Return{1}/efile:ReturnData{1}/efile:DepreciationComputation{1}/efile:Explanation{2} Value: Any ideas? Ray in Ohio Posted February 14, 2013 Report Share Posted February 14, 2013 *make sure program is updated and all forms are updated. *verify that all boxes are checked that are required and non are checked that should not be. *use "restore field" for any fields that you might have deleted info in. *if nothing else works, I have had to discard some forms and then reload them. some other ideas: *walk around your chair counter-clockwise three times. *hold your breath for the entire time it takes ATX to open the return. *call ATX customer support with your only open phone line.
