I efiled a return for a client & her return has been delayed due to the Form 8867 fiasco. She called the IRS & they told her it was due to the 6251 being in the return. Cathy Posted March 7, 2013 Report Share Posted March 7, 2013 I have the 6251 open automatically for each return! The AMT can raise it's ugly head without you realizing it!
