Like Christmas gifts, birthdays, the occasional lunch or dinner, movie tickets etc etc. Does not have to cost a lot but once the care giver feels that you are appreciative of them you will see the difference. Many years back I went to dinner with a very smart man and the first thing he did after being seated at the restaurant is slip a $10 bill into the hands of the waitress and say, please recommend what is the absolute best item on the menu, we want you to make this a memorable moment for us.
