Hello everyone,

I used ATX 2011 and 2012. I am also using it now in 2013, I actually had to buy a new computer because my old computer did not meet the 2013 system requirements. I exported 2012 to a removable disk to import to 2013 and I am getting a error message "Export file was created by a different program version and cannot be imported", someone please help me! How do I get all my previous returns in 2013???

THANK YOU!

First you have to install 2012 on the new computer. I recommend that you download it from the web page. Then you import your returns into the 2012 program. Install the 2013 program to new computer following directions carefully. Open 2013 and import your returns into the 2013 program.

Change the word import to rollover.
