Wait - they haven't brought in rent certificates nor baby EIC proof even tho we called 4 days ago! ya but he says we didn't call right away.. and he still doesn't have it so he's picking it up.. I said it's done we just need the verification. No I'm taking it - for 3x the $$$ I have another appointment elsewhere (HRB probably) So I'm a nice guy and say this is what you should be getting and if they give you less, come on back. and it's early Feb - haven't had one of those in years! if ever?
