income taxes
Have a good friend who uses Turbo Tax to do his return. Has a 6500 refund coming on Fed but TT states only getting 3700 and something about being maxed out. Anyone got a clue what is going on?? Thanks in advance.

You could tell your friend not to bother spending money on Turbo Tax and pay you your fees to prepare his return. I am assuming you are a preparer, if not, tell him to find an experienced preparer to help him. Or he could.... "Ask the Box!" Turbo Tax lacks accuracy in so many areas that I do not even bother discussing why it does what it does.
