Pacun
I used to submit a W-2 which my client gave to his Nanny but now I am asked for "A valid Submitter's User ID number must be entered. How quick can I get that? Do you have a link or do I have to mail a form/
ILLMAS
I think that is the number SSA assigns you when register to submit W-3 & w-2 via accuwage.
KINGCHUCK1971
That's true MAS, You can apply online through SSA business services . It'll take them 2-3 weeks to send you a confirmation letter which you then go online to confirm with the SSA. Then you'll be able to start reporting W-2's to the SSA. Jack from Ohio
Use the same one you used last year. It does not change.
